Refund policy

In case you receive the package damaged, please make sure the products inside are not.
In case they are (broken bottles, food boxes open), please take a picture of the products and send it to orders@piedmontdelights.com, we will evaluate the problem and if the damages have been caused by us (or the couriers) and we will agree together on the optimal solution.

In case there’s a product missing in the order you received, or it’s broken or expired, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. In case of failure to notify, complaints will not be accepted after the specified period.
