From the uncontaminated mountains of the Vigezzo Valley, here comes the first Weiss made by the Birrificio Ossolano.
It’s a white beer with high fermentation unfiltered and unpasteurized. Typically opalescent in the appearance thanks to the wheat proteins.
Uniform and very foamy with a delicate and sour aftertaste.
Best to be consumed with cold cuts of the local tradition and mature cheese. However, if you don’t feel like eating, it’s amazing to have it while resting in the Piedmontese mountains.
