This particular pancetta follows the artisan recipe of this charming valley at the foot of the Alpe Severo. In addition to the presence of spices, the uniqueness is in the seasoning: in fact, black pepper is added to the entire surface, giving this cured meat an intense and unique flavor!
To be tasted together with aged cheeses and as an aperitif!
