Goat’s milk cheese, compact and semi-soft, ripened in marcs.
Intense flavor with a marked touch of red wine that resembles Barbera.

Serving suggestions: full bodied red wines such as Nebbiolo or Vespolina. Ideal with red meats, cold cuts and salami.
Aspect and texture: creamy, compact and semi-soft texture. The paste is a bit grainy.
Milk: Goat.
Ripening: at least 60 days.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
