A classic Piedmontese tometta made with goat’s milk, flavored by being soaked in the vinacce, the leftover grapes from winemaking. The cheese is compact and semi-soft, ripened in marcs.
It has an intense flavor with a marked touch of red wine that resembles Barbera. The cheese has been aged about 60 days.
For complete enjoyment of the cheese, we suggest pairing it with a full-bodied red wine such as a Nebbiolo or Vespolina. It is also ideal with red meats, cold cuts, and salami.
Shipping & delivery
It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
