Description
A small sized cheese with the rind colored with saffron, from beautiful Elvo Valley, a valley in the province of Biella, renowned for the Graglia’s Monastery and numerous Christian churches, besides the cheese-making tradition of the area.
Serving suggestions: Red and white wines. Fresh fruit. Marrow chutney. Black rye bread
Aspect and texture: compact, more or less intense yellow paste according to the length of ripening, with few holes and an orange rind
Ripening: at least 15 days
Production period: throughout the year (summer alpine pasture)

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags. By doing so, the products will stay fresh up to 72 hours.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey.
