The classic Piedmontese tometta, this time made with cow's milk and flavored with the grapes left over from sparkling winemaking. The creaminess of cow’s milk and the bubbles of Prosecco Biancavigna create a sparkling pair for connoisseurs. It is a slightly creamy and crumbly cheese that has been aged for a minimum of 60 days.

To complete the perfect Piedmontese experience with this delectable cheese, pair it with a glass of fresh white or rosé wine. Add a touch of aromatic honey, fresh fruit (pear, cherries, etc.), and even a bite of rye bread.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
