Ideal with rosé wine

A small Tometta with fines herbes - you'll fall in love with its peculiar yet pungent flavor.
The flavour is influenced by the curing of locally produced dried organic herbs, which enhances and enhances the taste.

Serving suggestions: full bodied red wines such as Nebbiolo or Vespolina, but it can be eaten also with some white or rosè wine. Ideal with red meats, cold cuts and salami.

Aspect and texture: medium-soft ivory paste with a scattering of holes, typical of medium aging.

Milk: cow.

Ripening: at least 60 days.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
