The Toma del Lago Maggiore is dedicated to our home lake, the famous Lake Maggiore. A lake that has been loved and praised by authors such as Hemingway, Manzoni, Dickens, and Dumas, an oasis of art, beauty, and tradition, the values that inspired the creation of this toma.

The Toma del Lago Maggiore is an aged toma, created following a historic Piedmontese dairy recipe. The curd is cut by hand by a dedicated person who, starting from pasteurized milk, follows a passed-down recipe to create this type of cheese. The toma is then placed into rounded molds and left to mature for at least 60/70 days.

The Toma of Lake Maggiore is the representation of the local tradition. Sweet to the taste but sharp, it is perfectly paired with bread, cold cuts, and a good bottle of craft beer.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
