The most classic long handmade and bronze-drawn pasta, which is one of the specialities of Piedmontese cuisine. Azienda Agricola I Bo make it with organic flour, combined with our trilobate tonda gentili del Monferrato hazelnuts, which add fragrance and flavour.

Try them with guanciale cut into cubes and roasted in a frying pan: the combination of the bitterness of the hazelnuts and the sweetness of the sausage makes for a unique and unforgettable taste experience!

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
