The classic long handmade and bronze-drawn pasta, which is one of the specialties of Piedmontese cuisine. Azienda Agricola I Bo makes it with organic flour, combined with our trilobate tonda gentili del Monferrato hazelnuts, which add fragrance and flavour. Enjoy these tagliatelle with hazelnuts for a rich Piedmontese meal!

Try them with guanciale cut into cubes and roasted in a frying pan: the combination of the bitterness of the hazelnuts and the sweetness of the sausage makes for a unique and unforgettable taste experience!
