The Sugo d'Arrosto is one of the main sauces of most Piedmontese pasta. It is made from the liquid after making a roast, and used to create a delicious pasta sauce.
It is best known paired with the traditional “Agnolotti del Plin”, but thanks to its intense taste, it’s perfect for other types of pasta, or for polenta with an intense Piedmontese flavour!

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
