The symbol of the Piedmontese dairy tradition, tometta! This time the Peperino- a spicy tometta is our cheese of choice. Small and delicious, the cheese is made from whole cow's milk and is aged from 60 to 90 days.

Peperino is a tometta with chili flakes: the flavor has a bite but not too strong, the spiciness of the chili is well balanced and softened by the sweetness of the milk in a harmonious mix.
Try Peperino with some sweet jams, a drizzle of honey or cured meats.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
