This delicious salame with hazelnut brings together two classic Piedmontese staples- cured pork salame and local hazelnuts.

The bites of hazelnuts give it an extra crunch and a peculiar aroma. Slice this salami up to enjoy on its own as an addition to your aperitivo or pair with a little cheese and fresh bread for the perfect panino. It goes well with local Piedmontese red wines as well!
