Salame is a cold cut made of cured pork meat, both fat and lean cuts, that is a staple in Piedmontese cuisine.
This Piedmontese variation of the classic salame is flavored with Barolo, an excellent red win, giving it a peculiar and intense aroma. Enjoy the salame as an aperitif or as an entrèe together with some bread and mature cheese, paired with a strong red wine.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
