Salame ticino is a coarse-grained, cured pork salami, made with Italian pork meat.
It is typical of the northern part of Piedmont, and it has been produced there for centuries.
Thinly slice the salame Ticino and enjoy it as an aperitif with a light beer, or a glass of good wine. In Italy, it is also consumed as an entrèe together with other cold cuts.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
