This particular cured pork salame is flavored with Nebbiolo Wine (from Italian meat). It’s an antique recipe brought forward by Salumificio Mainelli. It combines the flavors of salame with the typical wine from this area: Nebbiolo.
It is best consumed as an aperitif with a red or white wine and some mature cheese. Also, you can have it as a quick snack with a beer. It is ideal for sharing!
