The symbol of the Piedmontese dairy tradition, tometta! Small and delicious, tometta is made from whole cow's milk, and is aged from 60 to 90 days.
Zafferella is a tometta with irresistible taste and color thanks to the saffron added directly into the milk in the boiler. It has a distinct spicy note, that makes it even more intriguing.
Try Zafferella as an aperitif or as an entreè during a dinner, accompanied by a good red wine.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
