Just what your kitchen needs! Prepared for a delicious risotto with truffle.
With this preparation, you can create the perfect risotto with porcini mushrooms in few simple steps and in less than 20 minutes.
To give an even more truffly touch, you can cream the risotto with Paltufa, Truffle Butter and grate the Black Truffle at the end of cooking.

The base of the rice is the Maratelli Rice: a historic variety grown only in the Vercelli area with a semi-fine, coarse-grained grain.
Truffle is the undisputed king of Piedmont. In fact, the Langhe and Monferrato are the places of excellence for the development of truffles, thanks to the soft, moist soil, rich in calcium and with little air circulation.

In a pan heat two tablespoons oil, toast the contents of the package for about a minute, stirring constantly, if you like, add 1/2 glass whit wine and stir for a few seconds, cover with 650 ml of hot water, not salt and don't add any seasonings.
During cooking, stir occasionally and, if necessary, add a little hot water until cooked (16-18 minutes). When cooked, remove from the heat, stir in pleasure.
