Piedmontese excellence! This variety of small plums “ramassin” create to a very fragrant jam, slightly sour, sweeter and more aromatic than ordinary plums, with notes of apricot.
Its aromatic profile is particularly enhanced by the liqueur. To try in cakes and desserts that require alcohol soaks. It is also an excellent pairing with amaretti, or for example as a filling of baked apples.
