This jam is made with a Piedmontese excellence: a variety of small plums called "ramassin", more aromatic than ordinary plums, with notes of apricot. The result is a tasty jam, slightly sour, yet well-balanced. Its aromatic profile is particularly enhanced by liqueur.
Try it in cakes and desserts that require alcohol soaking. It makes also an excellent pair with amaretti, or baked apples.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
