Special wine making process where, during crushing, the must touch the skins and take the typical pink (“rose”) color. The wine then ferments in controlled temperature containers and ages in stainless steel barrels for a few months.
The wine has a distinctive cherry pink color and a powerful bouquet rich with floral and fruity notes. The delicate taste with a Nebbiolo backbone, enhanced by the wine making method, makes it incredibly easy-drinking.
