Although the Sauvignon Blanc was originally born in France, here in Piedmont, over the centuries a variant of the French cousin called Piemonte Sauvignon has been created. An excellent, fresh wine, which contains the aromas of a land rich in winemaking tradition.
Orsi offers his version with Chèrdi.
Chèrdi is a dry and characteristic white wine that smells of goudron, tree bark, moss and algae. This makes it a special companion for meals. We recommend consuming it with typical traditional dishes but it is also suitable for a snack based on traditional cold cuts and cheeses.
