The Piedmontese ragu, traditionally called "Bagna", is the typical sauce for our tajarin, gnocchi, and polenta.

Few ingredients of the highest quality are enough for this amazing sauce, which brings you a step closer to really know the Piedmontese tradition! As the original recipe demands, it is a veal and pork sauce, with tomatoes and vegetables.
