A small Tometta “drunk” in a great Barbera that enriches and completes the aroma gained through the aging in our cellar.

Serving suggestions: full bodied red wines such as Nebbiolo or Vespolina. Ideal with red meats, cold cuts and salami.
Aspect and texture: creamy, compact and soft texture. The paste is grainy.
Ripening: at least 60 days.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
