Description
Traditional white wine making process where the skins are immediately removed from the juice. After a brief decantation, the juice starts fermenting in controlled temperature containers and then matures in stainless steel barrels until it is clear and has developed aromas through the contact with its own yeast. In the spring following the harvest, this wine is finally bottled and stored in controlled climate rooms.
Straw yellow color with delicate greenish shades. The bouquet is rich with flavors of fruits and flowers and the palate is dry yet delicate. A hint of refreshing acidity rounds out the finish.
Foodpairing: Have it as an aperitif with light hors-d’oeuvres or with a seafood dish.
