It's not Christmas without the world-famous Panettone. The dessert every Italian looks forward to have during the festive period. This Panettone with figs and chocolate chips offers a fun take on the classic dessert.

Panettone is a typical type of sweet bread loaf, usually prepared for the Christmas period. It originally comes from Milan, but throughout time, many producers in other northern regions of Italy have created their own variation. Brusa is one of them and as an authentic producer of panettone from Biella, they have created their own artisanal version. This hand-made Panettone is naturally leavened for 72 hours and it is made with figs and tasty chocolate chips.
