Our beloved Gorgonzola producer Palzola is proud to present the new addition to its family: the Paltufa.
It is a blue cheese “erborinato” with truffle flakes. White or pale yellow in color, Paltufa is a buttery and melty, mottled in the development of mold, made with full fat, pasteurised, cow’s milk, ripened at least 60-70 days.
Its incomparable taste is perfect to rock your dinner or your aperitif: serve Paltufa with some bread and red wine, or spice up your homemade pizza and polenta with this tasty cheese!
Shipping & delivery
It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
