Palfuoco is a blue cheese characterized by the addition of chili pepper that causes an original encounter between the sweet cheese and the spicy of the chili pepper. The cheese has been aged for a minimum of 60 days and is made from full-fat cow's milk. It is a buttery cheese that will melt in your mouth, sweet cream with the bite from the blue vein, and a kick of chili.
Palzola revisits a classic Piedmontese cheese with this unique flavor combination.
