Panettone is a typical type of sweet bread loaf, usually prepared for the Christmas period. It originally comes from Milan, but throughout time, many producers in other northern regions of Italy have created their own variation. Brusa is one of them and as an authentic producer of panettone from Biella, they have created their own artisanal version.
This hand-made Panettone is naturally leavened for 72 hours and it is made following the classic recipe with raisins and candied fruit, with the addition of almonds and icing on the surface.
