The manual harvest is done in the first ten days of October.
This product is obtained with the classic process of vinification. The end of this process is the wine maturation in large barrels of Slavonia for 12-15 months. The ageing in bottle lasts one year.
The colour is ruby-red and the smell is elegant with violet, vanilla, liquorice and balsamic marks. The taste is harmonic, velvety, soft with a bitter aftertaste.
Foodpairing: cured meats, red meats, game and aged cheese.
