The Noisette are made with hazelnuts from the hills of Monferrato with the addition of egg white and sugar: a few ingredients for a truly light result.
The master artisans give these biscuits a round shape by hand, one by one. That's why they will never be the same size... You can compete with your friends to see who can get the biggest Noisette!
Great served with coffee or as a tasty treat during the day. Don't feel guilty because the Piedmontese hazelnut has a lower fat content than other varieties, helps keep cholesterol down and is rich in vitamin E (the vitamin that slows down tissue ageing).
Shipping & delivery
It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
