It's the biggest re-interpretation of the Christmas desserts done by Brusa. The Marica is a sweet bread loaf, similar to the Panettone, but it's prepared using ricotta cheese flour together with almonds and cinnamon - naturally leavened for 72 hours.
It still keeps all the Italian Christmas' typical flavours. The Marica is an interesting option for those who want a different type of dessert for the festive period.
Shipping & delivery
It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
