Description
Vermouth was created in Turin in the late 1700s: its name derives from the German term “Wermuth” (Arthemisia absinthium). It is a fortified wine obtained by the addiction of aromatic herbs. To define itself as such, it must be composed of at least 75% of wine, having the alcohol content ranging from 14.5% to 22% vol. and it must contain artemisia.
An exceptional artisanal Vermouth di Torino with 37 botanicals, based on a wine from Romagna, is an original, yet classic recipe, inspired by the world-renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino.
Floral alpine nose of angelica, chamomile, elderflower, gentiana and mint. Sweet orange, ginger, pink grapefruit peel palate, finishing on cardamom and liquorice with a rich quinine presence. Ideal for a Vesper, on the rock with a wedge of orange or for a summer spritzers.
An old-time classic brought back to life by the amazing work of Mancino.
