Vermouth was created in Turin in the late 1700s: its name derives from the German term “Wermuth” (Arthemisia absinthium). It is a fortified wine obtained by the addiction of aromatic herbs. To define itself as such, it must be composed of at least 75% of wine, having the alcohol content ranging from 14.5% to 22% vol. and it must contain artemisia.

An exceptional artisanal Vermouth di Torino with 19 botanicals, based on Trebbiano Romagna, is an original, yet classic recipe, inspired by the world-renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino.

Full nose of Mediterranean herbs, sage, marjoram, and oregano, with delicate aromas of lemongrass, dog rose and iris pimento and nutmeg, it has a subtle bitter citrus finish.
Clear and dry, perfect for a dry Gin Martini or as a chilled aperitif, it is an old-time classic brought back to life by the amazing work of Mancino.
