Not only corn flour but inside there are porcini mushrooms, vegetable flavored salt “Salamante” and dehydrated blonde onions to give the polenta a unique and inimitable taste.
Pour the contents into a liter of boiling water and mix with a whisk over low heat for at least 2 minutes until the desired density is reached. Whisk with a knob of butter.
