Produced at an altitude of 1200 metres

Excellent source of energy

Awarded at the Great Honeys of Italy

This honey is defined as high-mountain honey because it is produced from nectar collected in midsummer above 1200 metres, where all life is purer and more genuine.
If you hold in its scent, you will immediately find yourself in an alpine meadow bordered by rhododendrons, shrubs, wild raspberries and clovers. It is characterised by a slightly amber colour and a soft, sweet flavour.

Wildflower Honey is a must in your pantry because it is a real source of energy and helps to calm flu symptoms, such as coughs, if added to a cup of good hot milk.

What to combine it with? It releases all its goodness if combined in a simple way, like breadsticks and Toma del Lago Maggiore.
