The Testùn is the name that in the Piedmontese Occitan valleys is given to the mixed herd of sheep and goats, with which this toma milk is produced, and where sheep milk predominates quantitatively. Testùn, like Bra, is also consumed slightly seasoned, but generally starts with medium-long seasonings, which can reach the year.
The taste of this particular cheese is intense, spicy, dry with notes of sheep's and goat's milk.  Yummi!

Serving suggestion: full-bodied and aged red wines, chestnut honey, spicy fruit mustard or rye bread.

Aspect and texture: hard straw yellow paste, with a very fine or absent look.

Ripening: 60 days minimum.

Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
