The Freddozzo is produced by the maceration of raspberry in the grappa. It’s a unique liqueur, made following an entirely natural process thanks to the proper characteristics and qualities of the raspberry.
The enveloping taste of raspberry breaks off thanks to the structure of the grappa, to then leave room for the sweet-sour aftertaste typical of the fruit, which gives it a ruby red color to the liqueur.
Best consumed as an after dinner. Must be drunk iced cold and in good company 😉
