The sister of the "Pegherella alle vinacce" (but more versatile and crumbly) - compact and creamy with a particular yet delicate flavor.

Serving suggestions: full bodied red wines such as Nebbiolo or Vespolina. Ideal with red meats, cold cuts and salami.
Aspect and texture: creamy, compact and soft texture. The paste is grainy.
Ripening: at least 60 days.
