A small delicacy improved with tilia honey. Soft and creamy raw milk, enriched with a sweet and peculiar flavor.
Serving Suggestions: Full-bodied red wines. Aromatic honey. Black rye bread, salami and cold cuts. It can be also used as a sauce for pasta dishes or for risotti.
Aspect and texture: medium-soft ivory paste with a scattering of holes, typical of medium aging.
