A small delicacy improved with tilia honey. Soft and creamy raw cow milk, enriched with a sweet and peculiar flavor.

Serving suggestions: full-bodied red wines, aromatic honey, black rye bread, salami and cold cuts. It can be also used as a sauce for pasta dishes or for risotti.
Aspect and texture: medium-soft ivory paste with a scattering of holes, typical of medium aging.
Ripening: at least 60 days.
