The Colline Novaresi DOC denomination represents one of the most important wine-producing area. It is a north-east Piedmont large district. It is extended from west to east, from Sesia river (which origins to Rosa mountain) to Ticino river (which comes from Gottardo mountain).

The harverest takes oplace manually in boxes in the first part of October.
The process of vinification is diveded in two steps, the first in stainless steel barrel for six months and in the second step the wine stay for two months in large Slavonia oak barrel.

The colour is ruby red coloured, the nose fragrance is very delicated, with hints of violet and light balsamic scent; in the mouth it is well balanced, mild-manner, kind, soft with a slighty bitter finish taste.
