A variation from the Blue cheese from Novara area that bears the name of the patron saint of the town of Arona: the Sancarlone Blue coffee in rind!
It is cured in the caves for a minimum of 90 days after the process of coffee powder covering. The cheese is obtained by processing cow’s milk from the province of Novara. It has an intense flavor and slightly spicy, distinctive blue cheeses, combined with the unique coffee flavour (non-edible crust).

Serving suggestions: full-bodied red wines and aged, sweet wines spicy fruit chutney, red onion jam. Perfect with Grappa of AB Selezione.
Aspect and texture: yellow an compact paste, with bluish marbling moderately widespread.
Ripening: 120 days minimum.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
