In 1858, Ferdinando Baratti (the founding partner, with Edoardo Milano, of the homonymous Baratti&Milano company) invented a square-shaped chocolate, alternating two external layers of gianduia chocolate with an internal one of hazelnut paste. The Cremino traditional packaging consisted in aluminum wrapping with a central paper band.
Calcagno proposes this classic among the classics: a rich hazelnut layer sandwiched between two layers of luscious milk chocolate, the original Cremino, that, together with the Gianduiotto, makes Turin so famous in the world.
