Description
In 1858, Ferdinando Baratti (founding partner with Edoardo Milano, of the homonymous Baratti & Milan) invented a square-shaped chocolate, alternating two external layers of gianduia chocolate with an internal one of hazelnut paste.
The cremino was born with its traditional aluminum wrapping with a central paper band. Calcagno proposes this classic among the classics, in the Hazelnut variant wrapped in two layers of milk chocolate, to celebrate the creation of a myth that, together with the gianduiotto, makes Turin great in the world.
