Harvested at the beginning of September, fermented slowly and at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, subsequently refined for 10 months in stainless steel and 12 months in the bottle, the use of chemical agents in the vineyard and in the cellar is reduced to a minimum.
Straw yellow wine with golden reflections, fruity nose, fragrant, with hints of acacia and citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, sapid with a pleasantly acidulous note.
Foodpairings: excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal. It goes well with fish, vegetables, white meats and light cheeses, up to moderately determined flavors that well support thanks to the acidulous notes
