The mix of chocolate with hazelnuts is probably one of the most usual pairings for the perfect taste balance created by these two very special ingredients. The very first time chocolate was paired with hazelnut happened in Torino, where a pastry chef came up with this blend to reduce the cost of chocolate, as cocoa was really expensive in the nineteenth century.

The Madama Nocciola chocolates, made with 35% of the best aromatic hazelnuts, ensure a round taste perfect for anyone in the family. The filling is prepared with hazelnuts grains and milk chocolate, while the shell is made with a slightly bitter but intense dark chocolate to balance the sweetness of the praline’s heart. A whole hazelnut is then put on the top to confer crunchiness and extra aroma. Plus, it gives a very typical and sensual shape to the chocolate bite. Every hazelnut praline presents different dimensions as every single praline is handcrafted by our master artisans.

Hazelnut min. 35%, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla natural aroma. Cocoa min. 57%), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla natural aroma. Cocoa min. 35%), sugar, cocoa powder.
It may contain traces of gluten and other nuts.
