Assedium’s chocolatiers developed this particular praline when preparing nougat. Its organoleptic attributes together with the strong presence of hazelnuts (50% at least) made it the perfect matching for a rich chocolate. The Madama Nougat filling is crafted with 75% of delicious nougat and milk chocolate, hence showing a very particular crumbly texture and a sweet vanilla taste. The extra dark chocolate shell confers bitterness and intensity to the flavor, making this praline one of ladies’ fave chocolate. It’s beautiful and feminine shape recalls a ballerina’s gown, remarking its delicate, yet fulfilling taste.

Nougat min. 65% (hazelnut, brown sugar cane, honey, egg white, glucose syrup, vanilla natural aroma, potato starch, water), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla natural aroma. Cocoa min. 35%), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla natural aroma. Cocoa min. 57%).
It may contain traces of gluten and other nuts.
