Inspired by the Walser population, that from Germany settled in the mountains of the Ossola valley centuries ago, the Bresaola with Ossola’s herbs is made by Casa Walser according to the long-standing tradition of the Ossola Valley. It is produced in limited quantities, only in certain periods of the year, following the ancient methods of the Walser tradition. Made from the best beef cut, the Bresaola is aged for 3 months, until the meat turns vivid red. The taste is sweet but bold, thanks to the seasoned flavors of the mountain herbs. A unique product that reflects the history of our region!
The Bresaola is meant to be consumed as a starter dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, rocket salad and matured cheese like Bettelmatt.
Shipping & delivery
It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
