This Bresaola with mountain herbs is a product of the Walser population. These are German people settled in the mountains of the Ossola valley centuries ago, and who continue certain germanic traditions in food production to this day. The Bresaola with mountain herbs is made by Casa Walser according to the long-standing tradition of the Ossola Valley. It is produced in limited quantities, only in certain periods of the year, following the ancient methods of the Walser tradition. Made from the best beef cut, the Bresaola is aged for 3 months, until the meat turns vivid red. The taste is sweet but bold, thanks to the seasoned flavors of the mountain herbs. A unique product that reflects the history of our region!
The Bresaola is meant to be consumed as a starter dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, rocket salad and matured cheese like Bettelmatt.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
