The version without garlic

Authentic traditional recipe

Excellent on croutons or with vegetables

It takes its original name from one the most famous sauces of the Piedmontese tradition: the bagna cauda. As the recipe dictates, it supposed to have garlic in it…a lot of garlic. Fortunately, for the ones who won’t meet Dracula anytime soon, Antica Dispensa created this new variation without garlic.
It’s perfect on a slice of baked bread, together with some cheese and cold cuts.

Heat in a bain-marie or in a pot over low heat.
We recommend adding a tablespoon of oil.
