Cantina Enrico Serafino is distinguished by its artisanal soul and quest for excellence: they were one of the earliest wineries to grasp the unexpressed value of underground tunnels to harvest Metodo Classico cuvées. But their artisanal soul has always left room for an innovative spirit. Like their first Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. In fact, its name Propàgo means "gem" in the ancient Latin language.
Just one sip is enough to have an unexpected sensation made possible by the typical amplitude of Chardonnay combined with the energy imprinted in their vineyards at an altitude of 400 meters, cultivated according to the Guyot system on clayey and calcareous soil.
Straw yellow in colour with golden highlights, it recalls the scent of lime blossom, citrus fruits, and honey. Its taste is delicious, citrusy, and intense with a long mineral aftertaste.
The bunches of grapes are carefully selected by hand and the whole process is also carried out without the use of augers in order to treat the grapes as finely as possible. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and stored for 6 months on the lees with bâtonnage.
Foaming takes place in the winery's historic underground cellars in the absence of light and at a controlled temperature for a duration that achieves excellence for each vintage. The ritual requires the liqueur d'expédition to be made from reserve wines and sugar without the addition of any distillates.

It is our priority to pack and ship the products securely. All the different types of cheese are vacuum-sealed and we use dry ice and thermal bags.
Wine (or bottles in general) are shipped using inflatable bags and are designed to protect them throughout the journey. We remind you that all packaging can be easily reused.
